Reservations and Cancellations

Reservations

All reservations are subject to availability at the time of booking. A valid credit card is required to secure a reservation. By providing your credit card information, you authorize Malhoria to charge the card for the applicable room rates, taxes, and resort fees.

Guaranteed Reservations

All reservations must be guaranteed with a valid credit card. If you fail to arrive on your scheduled check-in date without prior cancellation (no-show), your credit card will be charged for the first night's room rate plus applicable taxes.

Cancellations and Modifications

Cancellation policies vary based on the rate plan and dates of your reservation. Please refer to your specific reservation for applicable cancellation terms. Generally, cancellations made at least 24 hours prior to the scheduled arrival date will not incur a penalty. Cancellations made within 24 hours of arrival may result in a charge equal to one night's stay plus applicable taxes.

Modifications to existing reservations are subject to availability and may result in rate changes if the dates or room types are altered.

Special Event and Group Reservations

Special event periods and group reservations may have different cancellation policies. These will be communicated at the time of booking.

Check-In and Check-Out

Check-in time is 3:00 PM, and check-out time is 12:00 PM. Early check-in and late check-out are subject to availability and may incur additional charges.

A valid government-issued photo identification and credit card are required at check-in. The name on the identification must match the name on the reservation.

Guests must be at least 21 years of age to check in to a room. At least one guest in each room must be 21 years of age or older.

Property Policies

Smoking Policy

Malhoria offers both smoking and non-smoking rooms. Smoking is only permitted in designated areas. Smoking in non-smoking rooms or non-designated areas will result in a cleaning fee of $250.

Pet Policy

Service animals as defined by the Americans with Disabilities Act (ADA) are welcome. Other pets are not permitted unless specifically stated in special pet-friendly promotions.

Damage to Property

Guests will be responsible for any damage to Malhoria property caused by themselves or their visitors. Charges for damages will be applied to the guest's credit card on file.

Right to Refuse Service

Malhoria reserves the right to refuse service to any guest who violates these Terms, engages in inappropriate behavior, or poses a risk to the safety or comfort of other guests or staff.

Entertainment Venue Policies

Access to the entertainment venue is limited to guests who are 21 years of age or older. Valid government-issued photo identification is required for entry.

Malhoria enforces a smart casual dress code in the entertainment venue. Athletic wear, beachwear, and overly casual attire are not permitted.

Malhoria reserves the right to refuse entry or ask guests to leave the entertainment venue if they appear to be intoxicated, exhibit disruptive behavior, or violate any of our policies.

Privacy and Data Protection

Malhoria collects and processes personal information in accordance with our Privacy Policy. By using our services, you consent to the collection, use, and disclosure of your information as described in the Privacy Policy.

You may not reproduce, distribute, modify, display, perform, or use any content from our website without prior written permission from Malhoria.

Limitation of Liability

Malhoria shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising out of or in connection with your stay or the use of our services, except to the extent such damages are caused by our gross negligence or willful misconduct.

Malhoria's liability for any claim, whether based on contract, tort, or any other legal theory, shall not exceed the amount paid by you for the specific service that is the subject of the claim.

Indemnification

You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless Malhoria from and against any claims, liabilities, damages, losses, costs, expenses, or fees (including reasonable attorneys' fees) arising from your violation of these Terms, your use of our services, or your violation of any rights of a third party.

Force Majeure

Malhoria shall not be liable for any failure to perform its obligations if such failure is due to factors beyond its reasonable control, including but not limited to acts of God, natural disasters, pandemic, epidemic, government restrictions, war, terrorism, or civil unrest.
